1 hour
appointments
are booked in advance. These are
best for most benefit and all debt
problems as well as for anything
where there is a specific problem.
Generally if your GP has suggested
you come to us you will need a 1
hour appointment. Go to the
reception desk at Combe Down or Odd
Down Surgery and fill in the form.
You will be contacted a few days
later to arrange a time. The surgery
staff cannot make the appointments.
Walk in
appointments usually last about 10
minutes. If you are not sure if we
can help or just want a quick piece
of advice this is the best way to
contact us. You may get a quick
piece of advice or be asked to come
back for a 1 hour appointment.
Simply go to Combe Down Surgery on
the advertised day between 1 and 2
o'clock and you will be shown where
to wait.
All advice is
confidential and free.
Whichever type of
appointment you chose to come to,
please bring important letters and
other documents. Without them we may
not be able to help. Some letters
especially from the DWP have tight
time limits if you want to take
action. Do not delay!
