We have an arrangement with John’s Bikes in Walcot Street, where
if you
buy a new bike from them you get a free helmet or accessories to
the value of £30. Please ask at the surgery for proof of
registration to take to the shop. |

How to Register with the Surgery |

If you would like
to register with the practice please
visit either surgery and discuss
this with the reception staff.
If you have your medical card then
please bring it with you.
We ask all patients joining the
surgery to make an appointment with
one of the nurses for a new patient
check up. This gives you the
opportunity for a medical check up
and to discuss how we can help you
with any ongoing problems.
